Hiring of the chief staff executive is one, if not the, most important activity any Board of Directors will face. Understanding this challenge and responsibility MSAE created an Association Executive Search Assistance Program. The Program has been in existence for six years and has helped locate nearly two-dozen executives, most of which are still employed in that position. 

This program provides efficiency and direction to the search committee along with the staff support services a committee needs to be effective. MSAE is not a “head-hunter firm.”  We provide tools and direction to conduct a search that is productive in locating the next leader for the organization without reducing or minimizing the responsibility of the search committee. In essence, the search committee decides what they want and need MSAE to oversee and what level of involvement the committee needs.

The cost is affordable so that organizations of all sizes can afford to utilize the service. Confidentiality and human resource tools are incorporated throughout the process. MSAE handles all the paperwork, organization and other administrative work.
