There is no escaping technology – it is everywhere and always evolving. As an executive, it is imperative that your association utilize technology in the most effective and cost-friendly ways possible. Are you wondering how do you do that when you aren't a technology expert? The answer - surround yourself with others who are!
Participate in this session to gain the basic knowledge you need to be able to hire an IT company to help you achieve your association’s goals. At the end of the session you will be able to:
1) identify 4 costly misconceptions association executives have about computer maintenance and repair;
2) recognize 5 mistakes to avoid when selecting a computer consultant, and;
3) pinpoint 21 revealing questions that will help you instantly spot an unethical or incompetent computer repair/support technician.
Find the knowledge you need to make educated decisions when obtaining IT support.
This session is part of a Technology of the Month Series. Each session, or TechByte, is an exploration of technologies and concepts currently available to you. Every TechByte is it's own neat package of useful information. Register to attend one, two, or the full series – however many you attend, you will leave knowing more than when you came.
