Effective Processes Impact Member Experiences
Process is not a bad word. On the contrary, when process thinking is leveraged as a thoughtful and intentional management technique it can become a competitive advantage in creating an outstanding member experience. Let’s explore how process relates to delivering value to the member by defining; its importance to achieving an outcome, the interrelation between your organization’s eco-system and member experience, and how it can position your organization to stay relevant.
Bryan serves as the Director, Networks for the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA), a large international automotive trade organization representing 6700+ member companies with the responsibility to strategically lead all their professional societies (chapters).
