MSAE's Member Service Coordinator, Kelly Chase, CMP Bookmark

Kelly Chase, CMP has proudly served and been an asset to MSAE for 10 years. Her smile is the best and warmest smile of anyone on our team. We know our members are in great care because she goes the extra mile to serve their needs.

Her care of others is far reaching, touching our members, our staff, and her family including her two young children. She is an exemplary member of our team, always seeming to put others first. She makes a point to know our members and adds the personal touch to our meetings and events.

Say hello to Kelly at the ORGPRO registration desk in July.

Here are Kelly's responses to the Better Together Profile:

How long have you worked in association management?
10 Fabulous Years with MSAE

Describe your job in one sentence.
I am a solution finder and people helper.

In three sentences or less, describe the best advice you received that has helped you find success in your career?
“When we’re able to put most of our energy into developing our natural talents, extraordinary room for growth exists….You cannot be anything you want to be—But you CAN be a lot more of who you already are.” Tom Rath, Strengths Finder 2.0

What are you most proud of as an association professional?
I am most proud of working in an industry that encourages a connection between people. I get to help people every day and hopefully put a smile on someone’s face.

If you had magical powers, what's one thing you'd change about the association management sector?
I’d give the association sector, especially the smaller organizations more money so they can incorporate their brilliant ideas into helping their members.

If you could choose one superhero power to help you accomplish your career/organizational goals, what would it be?
Super Speed because there’s so much I want to accomplish in my part-time schedule

If you could pick a theme song for your association what would it be?
Toto - Africa

About Better Together Profiles
