Hybrid Meetings Rap Session
Hybrid Meetings Rap Session

April 19, 2021 from 10 - 11:00 AM

The health and safety of our meeting attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers and other key stakeholders remain our highest priority. As we layer in travel restrictions, reduced professional development budgets, vaccine availability and other key considerations, including personal comfort with travel and face-to-face meetings, we must continue to adapt our education offerings to meet the evolving learning and networking needs of our community. As a result, hybrid meetings have seemingly sprung to the top of everyone’s minds as the gold standard when it comes to hosting post-pandemic meetings. But hybrid meetings are not for everyone. During this informal rap session, explore the key considerations you and your team should be asking before jumping on the hybrid bandwagon. To aid in our discussion, we’re convening out-of-state association planners, alongside production companies with first-hand hybrid experience, to ask and answer the most pressing questions facing you and your upcoming meetings.

Note: Session will be recorded.
