Full refunds will be available on all cancellations e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org ten (10) business days or more prior to the start of the event minus a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received fewer than ten (10) days before the first day of the event and no-shows. Registrants failing to attend the event will be provided access to the session recording.
If the in-person event is canceled by MSAE, registrants will receive access to the session recording.
MSAE does not assume responsibility for any other expenses, including the purchase of travel or accommodations, incurred by the registrant in connection with attending the event.
It is the responsibility of the registrant to cancel hotel reservations.
Approved CAE Provider
MSAE is an approved CAE content provider. Participants of this event will earn 2.5 continuing education credits for each Academy session.
