MSAE will have registrant contact details and any special dietary preferences or other requirements and will share these for the purpose of planning and evaluating the meeting. Please note that if this not agreed upon, MSAE is unable to secure your arrangements for attendance.

Consent to Use Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, MSAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by MSAE.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If received in writing at least 10 business days before the program begins, you will be refunded your registration fee after a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations not received in writing by the date required will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be refunded.
