Scholarships

MSAE members who have been Active or Associate members over the past year are eligible for the Kevin A. Kelly Scholarship to offset expenses related to a professional development offering hosted by MSAE.

The Kevin A. Kelly Scholarship Program was established to:

• Assist association and not-for-profit professionals in reaching a higher level of performance.

• Assist organizations with the sometimes unaffordable professional development costs and thereby contribute to their ability to provide continuing education to their employees.

• Enhance the knowledge of association and not-for-profit employees so that they, in turn, will contribute to their organization and the profession as a whole. Scholarships will be awarded for MSAE or other organizational management seminars/conferences.

Description of Awards

Scholarships will be awarded for MSAE or other organizational management seminars/ conferences.

1. MSAE will award a maximum of $1,000 per applicant over their career.

2. Scholarship covers registration and materials only.

Who Can Apply?

• Individuals who have been Active or Associate members of MSAE over the past year, with current dues up to date.

• Individuals who are financially unable to pay the registration fee or have the fee paid by his/her employer (honor system: no documentation required)
