Alissa Parady

Alissa Parady, CAE, serves as Executive Director of International Hearing Society and the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences, advancing the strategy and operations for these distinct organizations that support and promote hearing aid dispensing professionals and advanced certification. Her experience in advocacy, healthcare, and associations spans more than 20 years, including her work with IHS, which began in 2011. She assumed the Executive Director role in 2022, and since that time, she has overseen operations, fiscal management, and many key program changes, including a new headquarters purchase and renovation, new educational and membership initiatives, a CRM upgrade, and a website redesign, all thanks to the leadership, dedication, and skill of her amazing staff team members.
