I am an association management professional with more than 25 years of experience helping nonprofit and professional organizations grow, operate effectively, and deliver meaningful programs for their members.
As the owner of CA Management, LLC, I provide full-service association management to multiple organizations, supporting board leadership, managing operations, and producing high-quality conferences and educational programs. My work focuses on helping associations strengthen governance, engage members, and create events that provide real value to their communities.
Throughout my career I have led the planning and execution of conferences and professional development programs ranging from small workshops to large conventions. I manage every aspect of event strategy and logistics including site selection, contract negotiation, vendor coordination, sponsorship development, marketing, and financial management.
In addition to conference leadership, I oversee day-to-day association operations including membership services, communications, financial administration, website management, and board governance support.
