Jennifer Dubey

As the Operations and Project Manager for the Area Agencies on Aging Association of Michigan, Jenn oversees all aspects of business operations for the statewide organization, ensuring smooth, efficient, and mission aligned administrative and programmatic functions. Jenn also served as the grant manager/project lead for the Caregiver Resource Center project, MI Caregiver Connection. Within this role, she coordinated compliance, reporting, and partner engagement to support caregivers across Michigan. In addition to operational leadership, Jenn manages event planning and member services for the association, strengthening collaboration and delivering high quality support to aging network partners throughout the state.
