Karyn Peddicord

Karyn Peddicord serves as Director of Operations & Strategic Initiatives at Big I Michigan, where she leads the association's marketing and communications initiatives while also overseeing strategic projects and event operations. Since joining the organization in August 2024, she has played a key role in advancing member engagement through publications, digital communications, conferences, and organizational initiatives.

Prior to joining Big I Michigan, Karyn was an Education & Events Manager with the Michigan Pharmacists Association, where she managed continuing education programs and professional events. She brings a diverse background in association management, communications, operations, and event planning, with a passion for creating meaningful member experiences and driving organizational growth.
