Professional Bio

Natasha is a performance-driven leader with 20 years of expertise in workforce development, recognized for delivering innovative strategies and operational excellence in demand-driven systems. She is known for her ability to inspire and motivate teams, achieve high productivity, and implement impactful solutions that align with organizational goals.

Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Michigan Works! Association, Natasha oversees grants and special initiatives, coordinates certification programs, and fosters partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to advance workforce strategies.

Her career highlights include:
* Writing and securing over $3 million in grants for workforce initiatives.
* Implementing Michigan’s first USDOL Registered Apprenticeship program within a Michigan Works! system.

* Creating streamlined processes through Lean Office practices to ensure consistent efficiency.
* Building comprehensive staff onboarding and development systems that eliminate silos and enhance employee success.

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in English from Central Michigan University. She is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and Business Solutions Professional, with additional credentials as a LEAN Office Champion, Talent Pipeline Management, and is certified facilitator for Our Community Listens. Her work has been celebrated with multiple awards, including the Unsung Hero and Commitment to Excellence awards.

A passionate community leader, Natasha serves as Chair of the City of Coleman Planning Commission and has mentored adolescents for over two decades through youth programs.

Natasha’s leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, innovation, and empowering teams to exceed expectations while meeting the evolving needs of employers and job seekers alike.
