In this capacity, he directs a team dedicated to delivering innovative and scalable business solutions for association and nonprofit clients utilizing platforms such as Salesforce, iMIS, Microsoft, and NetSuite. Additionally, Craig serves as the leader of the Association Subsector at RSM.
