Ariel Backus

Ariel Backus has over 15 years of experience serving as a customer service and hospitality professional. She established a passion for customer service while working in the collegiate athletic atmospheres at Penn State, Saint Francis, and Auburn Universities. Ariel earned her Master of Human Resource Management degree from Saint Francis University and was hired into a supervisory role recruiting, hiring, and training staff for a multipurpose facility. Currently, Ariel is a Sales Manager for the Greater Lansing Convention and Visitors Bureau while working to earn her Doctorate degree in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University.
