Ashley Wisniewski

Ashley Wisniewski joined the Michigan Community College Association in 2022 as Director of College Engagement, where she works to strengthen engagement with Michigan's community and tribal colleges while supporting member programs and events.
Throughout her career in higher education, she has held leadership and student success roles at various post-secondary institutions. Her professional experience spans association services, academic advising, student success, health education, residence life, campus operations, student conduct, Title IX and financial aid.
Originally from Virginia, Ashley both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Virginia Tech. She also holds an Ed.S. degree in Educational Leadership from Shenandoah University. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Peter, and their golden retriever, Sadie.
