Jean Elizabeth Jernigan

Jean Jernigan, CAE, CMP, IOM is the President of the Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce, where she has led a remarkable 136% growth, more than doubling the Chamber’s membership and annual revenue during her tenure.
Jean served as Chair of the Board for the Michigan Society of Association Executives (MSAE) and is currently the Chair of the Michigan Association of Chamber Professionals (MACP), a sister organization to the Michigan Chamber of Commerce.
Before joining the Chamber, Jean spent two decades working with statewide nonprofit organizations, building expertise in board governance, strategic planning, event planning, membership growth, business development, and organizational management. She is a Certified Association Executive, Certified Meeting Professional, and a proud graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management.
