Event Details

The Governance Structure session explores how organizations develop and maintain effective systems for direction and control.  Typical structures and processes for decision making, accountability, control and behavior at the top of an entity will be presented in depth as well as how governance influences on how an organization's objectives are set and achieved, how risk is monitored and addressed and how performance is optimized.

  • Major governance legal requirements of not-for-profit organizations
  • Aligning roles, processes and capacity for organization success.
  • Interconnectedness of multiple governance dimensions.
