AC Activation Space Sponsor - Drop-In Experience

Provide a welcoming, flexible space where attendees can engage, recharge, or connect at their own pace throughout the conference.

• Sponsor designs, develops, and manages a self‑directed activation space that attendees can visit informally throughout the day.
• Activation should support light engagement, comfort, or informal interaction without requiring scheduled participation (examples could include a relaxation space, puzzle or brain teaser tables, conversation prompt cards, casual networking space, or other low‑barrier experiences).
• Sponsor is responsible for all materials, setup, staffing (if desired), and teardown.
• Enjoy one (1) complimentary registration for Annual Conference; representative to manage the activation.
• Recognition in event promotions (website, emails, and social media).
• Recognition as a sponsor in onsite app and signage.
• Space allocation equivalent to approximately two (2) exhibitor tables; final dimensions confirmed with venue.
• Activation concept must be submitted to and approved by MSAE in advance.
• Activation may not conflict with or duplicate existing sponsorship categories.
