AC Activation Space Sponsor - Interactive Experience

Create an engaging, high‑energy experience that draws attendees in and encourages interaction. Benefits include:

• Opportunity to design, develop, and manage an interactive activation or experience within the designated activation space.
• Activation should encourage participation and interaction among attendees (examples could include games, challenges, or hands‑on experiences).
• Activation will be scheduled during designated time periods to complement, not compete with, Marketplace hours, meals, or general sessions.
• Sponsor is responsible for all materials, staffing, setup, and tear down.
• Enjoy one complimentary registration for the event; representative to host the activation.
• Digital Visibility: Logo placement on the official event web page, mobile app and in a minimum of two promotional emails
• On-site Visibility: Logo on signage and an on-screen slide
• Live Recognition: Verbal thank-you from the podium during remarks

Additional notes:

• Space allocation equivalent to approximately two (2) exhibitor tables; final dimensions confirmed with venue.
• Activation concept must be submitted to and approved by MSAE in advance.
• Activation may not conflict with or duplicate existing sponsorship categories.
