AC Activation Space Sponsor - Interactive Experience

Create an engaging, high‑energy experience that draws attendees in and encourages interaction.

• Sponsor designs, develops, and manages an interactive activation or experience within the designated activation space.
• Activation should encourage participation and interaction among attendees (examples could include games, challenges, or hands‑on experiences).
• Activation will be scheduled during designated time periods to complement, not compete with, Marketplace hours, meals, or general sessions.
• Sponsor is responsible for all materials, staffing, setup, and teardown.
• Enjoy one (1) complimentary registration for Annual Conference; representative to host the activation.
• Recognition in event promotions (website, emails, and social media).
• Recognition as a sponsor in onsite app and signage.
• Space allocation equivalent to approximately two (2) exhibitor tables; final dimensions confirmed with venue.
• Activation concept must be submitted to and approved by MSAE in advance.
• Activation may not conflict with or duplicate existing sponsorship categories.
