Pamela Truscott

Pamela Truscott, DNP, MSN/Ed, RN, is the Director of Quality Improvement for the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL). With over 25 years of experience in long-term care, her work focuses on developing innovative tools and resources to enhance care quality in assisted living and post-acute settings. She is a leading advocate for data-driven quality improvement and has focused on behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and infection prevention. A Doctor of Nursing Practice, she co-authored research on mindfulness for nurses and is actively involved in professional nursing organizations.
