DB: I am married to Marianne, 28 years. We have a daughter, Gabrielle, who is a senior at Brighton High School, Class of 2024. Gabi will be attending Kent State University in the fall of 2024 on a lacrosse scholarship and plans to study nursing. We have a dog, an English lab, Lucy who loves to go for boat rides on our lake, Woodland Lake. Outside of family activities and church, I enjoy hunting and golf.
DB: All sports, golf, bow hunting, fantasy football....not sure if any of this is "relaxing" LOL.
DB: My first job out of Central Michigan University was as an Association Sales Manager for the former Holiday Inn West, Lansing.
DB: The chance to further develop my professional relationships in Michigan.
DB: Do it! Focus on areas you are passionate about and believe that you can impact progress.
DB: Hospitality Sales for 20+ years, focusing on state of Michigan associations and 12+ years with the Greater Lansing Convention Visitors Bureau.
DB: I have served for my church over the years, including church council and board of elders. I also enjoy being a volunteer youth basketball coach and division administrator at my current church.
DB: I enjoy people and relationships. My role in MSAE over the years has always been enjoyable and fulfilling.
