Experience Grand Rapids to Host; Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton Named Host Venue

MSAE 2026Save the date: MSAE 2026 will take place December 2–4, 2026, in Grand Rapids, with Experience Grand Rapids serving as host and the Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton as the host venue.

Each year, MSAE’s annual conference brings together association professionals and industry partners from across Michigan for learning, idea-sharing, and connection. In 2026, attendees will gather in one of the state’s most vibrant and welcoming destinations for an event designed to help association leaders prepare for what is ahead.

The conference theme, On Tap for the Future: Crafting What’s Next, is a natural fit for Grand Rapids. Grand Rapids has built a national reputation as Beer City, USA, with a craft beer culture that includes the Beer City Ale Trail and more than 35 craft breweries in the area. That spirit of creativity, craftsmanship, and local pride makes it the perfect backdrop for MSAE’s annual gathering of association professionals and partners from across Michigan.

“We’re excited to bring MSAE 2026 to Grand Rapids and to partner with Experience Grand Rapids and the Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton,” said Donna Oser, CAE, President of MSAE. “On Tap for Future: Crafting What’s Next reflects both the energy of Grand Rapids, and the work association leaders do every day to shape stronger organizations, stronger communities, and a stronger future.”

From its welcoming downtown to its creative food and beverage scene, Grand Rapids offers a setting that feels both fresh and forward-looking. MSAE 2026 will invite attendees to connect, learn, and explore what’s next for their organizations and the communities they serve.

Mark your calendar for December 2–4, 2026. More details will be shared in the months ahead.
