📣Announcing MSAE's Director of Membership & Business Development
MSAE is pleased to announce that Brittany Shideler will join the association as our new Director of Membership & Business Development, effective December 7.
A Strong Track Record in Membership Growth and Engagement
Brittany brings more than a decade of association leadership experience, with a strong record of driving membership growth, strengthening member engagement, and advancing strategic revenue initiatives. Her background spans business development, membership recruitment and retention, CRM/AMS management, volunteer coordination, and cross-functional project leadership. In her most recent role as Director of Business Development for Injury Board, she led growth initiatives that significantly increased membership, managed key partnerships, and advanced branding and sponsorship strategies. Prior to that, she spent ten years with the Automotive Industry Action Group, where she contributed to significant corporate membership expansion, sustained an impressive retention rate, and developed new member engagement programs—all while supporting continuous improvement as a long-serving internal ISO auditor.
Positioned to Advance Member Value and Strategic Growth
In her new role at MSAE, Brittany will lead strategies to grow membership, guide sponsorship and advertising development, and build strong relationships with members, partners, and industry stakeholders. She will oversee membership recruitment, engagement, and onboarding; drive sponsorship and business development efforts; and support marketing and communications for programs and events.. This position plays a central role in advancing MSAE’s strategic plan and strengthening the value delivered to members across our association community.
Connecting with Members from Day One
Brittany’s first week coincides with MSAE25, offering attendees an early opportunity to meet her and extend a warm welcome. Please join us in congratulating Brittany on her new role. We look forward to the leadership, insight, and energy she will bring to MSAE and our members.
