Professional Bio
Jenny Crichton manages the full spectrum of communications and member engagement for the Federation. She oversees the development and maintenance of the Federation’s comprehensive membership database, website resources, and conference and event applications, ensuring members have timely access to information and tools.
She coordinates all logistics, registration, and on-site support for quarterly meetings of the Federation Board of Directors and numerous Member Interest Networks (MINs), as well as workshops, trainings, seminars, and related planning committee meetings.
Jenny also leads the coordination of the Federation’s annual Senior Management Conference, overseeing all planning, logistics, registration, on-site execution, and post-conference follow-up. She provides the same comprehensive support for other Federation meetings and special-topic events as scheduled.
In addition, Jenny initiates connections with prospective member organizations, processes membership applications, and engages agency leaders and staff once membership is approved. She ensures new members are welcomed and supported in connecting with Federation activities that best meet their needs.
Jenny also manages membership dues statements and invoicing, assists with financial recordkeeping, maintains supplies and equipment, and cultivates relationships with vendors and Corporate Sponsors.
Jenny joined the Federation staff in 1997 and brings decades of experience and institutional knowledge to her role.
