Prep Materials

This is an in-person course with live instruction and virtual access. While participants are strongly encouraged to attend the weekly sessions in person, a virtual link will be provided and session recordings will be made available.

The course begins October 2023 and ends January 2024. Sessions will be held every Tuesday from 2-5 p.m. - with exception of October 31, which will be held from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
